How To Order:

Fax your request to us at 1-888-996-0999 on your company letterhead to include the model number and quantity and we will fax you a return quote.

1. Sales Terms
• Wholesale only. Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. is a wholesale distributor/retailer for the items on our websites.
• A valid Sales Tax Resale Number must be provided at the time of your first order.
• School and government bids welcome. Hard copy signed purchase order required.

2. Payment Terms
• Terms of sale: C.O.D. paid via cashiers check, money order or Visa/MasterCard.
• Open accounts: Net terms or company check, available pending approval of a completed and signed Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. credit application.
• Returned check fee: $30.00
• Late payments will be charged interest at the rate of 2% per month.
• MasterCard and Visa orders will only be accepted from persons who are authorized by the cardholder to place such orders.
• No shipments will be made on any past due accounts.
• If a delinquent account is sent to collections, the customer will be responsible for all collection charges.

Return Policy:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Lord Henry Enterprises prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and double boxed with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back (i.e. 1 of 6, 2 of 6).
• Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any re-stock fee.
• Defective returns are eligible for return only within 180 days from Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. invoice date or 30 days of retail sale to the end-user. After 180 days, all product must be referred to the manufacturer for authorized warranty repair. (Some manufacturers may have stricter return policies.) Please refer to the applicable catalog product page for details if stricter policies apply.
• A copy of the Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. invoice and retail customer invoice/ receipt must be included with all returns. Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box/packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject to manufacturer's warranty.
• Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for credit.
• Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc.'s discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
• Credit will be issued within 5 business days upon receipt of merchandise at Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc..
• Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit as per normal Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. policies.
• Items designed for customer use but used commercially are not eligible for return.

Shipping:

• All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
• All orders shipped F.O.B. Hermitage, TN
• Residential-based businesses are subject to carrier residential delivery rates, if your order does not qualify for pre-paid freight.
• If your order does not qualify for prepaid freight, freight and insurance costs are calculated and added to invoice total.
• All freight charges are subject to dimension/oversize carrier weight regulations.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all freight charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.
• Refused shipments will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• We do not ship outside of the United States!

Prepaid Freight, Option 1
• Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. will pay ground freight on orders totaling over $1,000, or $750 on in-stock merchandise, for product shipped to one location in the contiguous 48 states. If the original order exceeded $1,000, one shipment of back-ordered product will qualify for prepaid freight. Backorder shipments beyond the first backorder release will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.

Prepaid Freight, Option 2
(For orders shipped outside the contiguous United States)
• Lord Henry Enterprises, Inc. will issue a freight allowance equal to 2 1⁄2% of the dollar amount of total product shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all other points outside the contiguous 48 states, provided the free freight criteria has been met. All products must be shipped to one location. Orders must total at least $1,000 or $750 in-stock. Blank tape, primary alkaline batteries, bulk cable, speakers and/or wood or metal products cannot exceed 50% of the dollar amount for all products shipped.

Shipping for Backorders
• Before backordered items are shipped, a representative will call for release authorization.
• Backordered items are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered or current selling price, whichever is lower.
• Backorders associated with orders shipped on the $750 prepaid freight program do not qualify for prepaid freight. Backorder shipments will be subject to normal shipping and handling policies.
